Small non-coding RNAs (sncRNAs for short) are molecules whose importance has recently sparked a number of studies, experimental and also computational. It includes microRNAs, piRNAs, snoRNAs, etc. Yet, such studies are still far from giving a clear picture of the whole zoo such molecules encompass.

The aim of this Small non-coding RNA Bioinformatics Club is to provide a virtual place of discussion around such molecules. To animate these discussions, a seminar will be organized every two months. Seminars will often be posted soon after on the YouTube channel of the club: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTiHtqOKzneeqIqauQMgx3A
