Small non-coding RNAs (sncRNAs for short) are molecules whose importance has recently sparked a number of studies, experimental and also computational. It includes microRNAs, piRNAs, snoRNAs, etc. Yet, such studies are still far from giving a clear picture of the whole zoo such molecules encompass.
The aim of this Small non-coding RNA Bioinformatics Club is to provide a virtual place of discussion around such molecules. To animate these discussions, a seminar will be organized every two months. The first one is planned for October 2021. Keep tuned then to this page where additional information on such seminars will be posted very soon!
